Press Release: Collaboration is Key to Launch the New Collection from Inspired Bridal
Blackburn-based Ainsworth Jewellers and Inspired Bridal have collaborated with local photographer, Alison McMath to bring to life the latest collection from the bridal boutique and London designer, Eliza Jane Howell. Using themselves as models, business owners, Phil Ainsworth and wife Helen Dimmick wanted to showcase their passion for the new dresses, their love of jewellery and for themselves as a couple celebrating their 10th anniversary this year so this was a project close to their hearts.
The stunning new collection launching in store is reminiscent of a bygone era; classical vintage and timeless silhouettes with striking beading and the photography brief, venue dressing and styling had to reflect this iconic look and Gatsby glamour.
Alison McMath from Chorley was the photographer of choice, chosen for her incredible vision and personable approach and Helen and Phil are delighted with the collection of images that will now feature in the firm’s marketing material and website.
Helen Dimmick said: “Alison was so incredible to work with, right from the start with the brilliant mood board she created, it was clear to see that she perfectly understood the age of glamour that encapsulates the Eliza Jane Howell collection at Inspired Bridal and the style of the 1920’s which for me personally is my favourite era. Modelling is really quite daunting, but with her make up and styling I was delighted with the look achieved as she expertly put me at ease and her dynamic approach was in turn so inspiring.”
To complete Helen’s look and with a nod to royalty, Helen chose to wear an emerald tiara, her all-time favourite item of jewellery complemented with matching earrings and bracelet on loan from an industry favourite supplier, Emdico worth over £150,000.
Phil wore a dinner suit on loan from Whitfield and Ward of Wilmslow in Cheshire, the team who made his wedding suit; as well as a three-piece dinner suit from renowned craftsman, Joshua Kane from Three Taylors.
Phil added; “Alison has achieved a technical masterpiece, with the exacting lighting highlighting the mood of a bygone age, the angles she created with guided poses and placing us against the beautiful features of our iconic Ainsworth Jewellers store. We are thrilled with the images taken, it has truly captured a special time for us and the two businesses.”
The new photography captures the essence of the Eliza Jane Howell brand and everything it stands for. New to the collection as featured in the photoshoot are the Atlanta dress and the Sybella, both in pearl. The Tilda dress is in Chartreuse, Bronte in ‘Peacock’ and the Mildred headpiece in crystal and pearl.
Commenting on the photoshoot, Alison McMath added: “To be invited to collaborate on such a special shoot was a huge honour for me. I know how much this truly meant to both Helen and Phil and I am delighted with the end result. The quality and detail from the new collection from Inspired Bridal really is something that needs to be seen to be believed but hopefully with the photo’s we have captured, we are doing them the justice they thoroughly deserve.”
