At Helen Dimmick, we are stockists for brands we believe in and whose ethos matches with ours. We are committed to providing you with jewellery that you will cherish forever.
However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, we can arrange for that as well. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we can offer you another product or a full refund.
All the products returned must be within 30 days of sale. The product should not be used and still be in its original packaging. The products should not be altered. Products which has been customised or personalised cannot be returned. If the product has signs of alterations or damage caused by the customer, we are not liable to provide a full refund. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, you can exchange it or get a full refund. We do not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears under any circumstances unless faulty.
Steps to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days with your invoice number.
Pack your purchase securely in its original packaging with all the catalogues and receipts. Please ensure that you also enclose your invoice. Please mention if you would like to exchange the item or want a refund. Along with that, include all your details such as phone number, email address and postal address.
Use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to return your package to the following address:

You are solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your order so we strongly recommend that you use a trackable service such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail.
Once your package has reached us, we will examine it and initiate a refund. If you have opted for an exchange, we will initiate that as well. You will receive a full refund including the original U.K. delivery charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns. The sales tax, import duties, and delivery charges for orders placed outside the UK are non-refundable.
